Sometimes we have already had these tests done, and if they were performed up to two weeks before the procedure, they are also accepted. The tests can be performed at basically any laboratory in Poland. These are fairly basic tests, so there should be no problem.
You pay for the tests yourself when you pick them up at the laboratory. Prices may vary depending on the location. However, the costs are not high. Please bring the test results with you on the day of the procedure, along with the completed forms.
