I absolutely recommend it! The procedure is completely painless, in practice: a few minor pinches during the application of anaesthesia. After all, zero discomfort, no pain, no discomfort, and after 2 days: only a small mark in the form of a wound of several millimetres. More stress and fear than it's actually worth. At the end of the day: there is less hassle and pain than with a standard blood draw. The procedure was performed by Dr. Kretowicz. I had the procedure performed by Dr. Michał Kretowicz. I had great stress from fear of pain. There was no pain. The doctor is very specific. I had several questions, and he answered all of them factually. It's clear he knows what he's doing. When administering the anaesthesia, I felt something like a pinch and that was it. After the procedure, the nurse handed me two containers for later semen testing.
