offer available to patients from outside Warsaw (based on ID card), over 250 km
the patient (and accompanying person) is entitled to free accommodation on the night immediately following the procedure, or the day before
hotel reservations are made exclusively by employees of the Vasectomy Centre
the intention to use the promotion must be reported at least 14 days before the date of the planned procedure
we reserve the right to modify the offer in the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Vasectomy Clinic
if the accommodation service is provided but the procedure does not take place for reasons beyond our control, the patient shall bear the cost of PLN 250.
