3. Cookies3.1 Cookies are IT data, in particular small text files, which are stored on the User's end device and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. Cookies on the Website help in the proper functioning of the service and in collecting data for statistical purposes and for mechanisms providing general knowledge about how Users use the Website. Cookies are also used by external websites to which the Website refers. For example, by displaying multimedia or presenting an interactive travel map.
3.2 Each User may block or change the scope of use of cookies directly in the web browser they use. Not changing the settings means acceptance of the use of cookies.

4.5 Users' personal data is processed for the purpose of responding to correspondence sent via the contact form or implementing the provisions of such correspondence.
4.6 Users' personal data will be stored for the period required to implement the provisions contained in the completed form (contact form or vasectomy voucher order form) and for a period of one calendar year from the date of completion of those provisions.
4.7 The Controller protects Users' personal data against unauthorised access by third parties and provides organisational and legal measures in accordance with applicable law to ensure the confidentiality of Users' personal data.
5. User Rights5.1 The User to whom the data relates has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5.2 If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the User whose data is concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Final provisions6.1 This Privacy Policy shall be effective from 17 March 2025.
6.2 The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy for important reasons, in particular if it is necessary to adapt the Privacy Policy to legal regulations or decisions and rulings of courts or public authorities, to improve the service provided to Users, or due to other circumstances that require amendments to this document.
6.3 Changes to the Privacy Policy do not affect the processing of personal data performed prior to such changes.
