I decided to have a vasectomy because I do not currently plan to have children. I am young, so it is possible that I will change my mind in a few years. If that happens, I can still have my own children through IVF or a vasectomy reversal. I chose Dr Siwik because of his reputation for performing this type of procedure. I had an appointment for a specific time, and Dr Siwik and his team were already waiting to perform the procedure on time. The procedure was completely painless. I was conscious during the procedure. After 30 minutes, I left the office and was able to continue my day without any discomfort. On the same day, I drove several hundred kilometres without any problems. The assistant nurse was also very supportive and kind. The procedure itself may not have been completely painless, but there is no such thing. It was easy to get through. The registrar (Mr Mateusz Siwik) efficiently helped to arrange everything. The doctor told me to contact him when I had the first results of my semen analysis. Hello to everyone who is considering a vasectomy. I am one day post-op. Yesterday and today, I feel great and my “jewels” are fine. I am functioning without any problems. I changed the dressing and couldn't believe it, I thought it was magic. I could not locate the point of separation. If it weren't for the plaster, I wouldn't know where to make a new one. I can confirm with a clear conscience everything you will find in the leaflets and on the website www.wazektomia.com. My opinion of the doctor and the procedure, as well as the service, is top notch. I had a vasectomy two years ago. I had it done in Warsaw by Dr. Siwik, and I don't regret it. My wife and I have regained the joy of sex, finally without stress, without constantly interrupting to look for condoms. Just pure pleasure.

I read everything I could find on the Internet, talked to my wife's gynaecologist and a friend who had the procedure two years ago. Today is the third day after my procedure and I can only say this much: Gentlemen, there is really nothing to be afraid of. Today, the only thing I still feel is a very slight pulling sensation on the right side of my lower abdomen and slightly increased sensitivity in my testicles. These are not major complaints. It's just that the procedure was an intervention in the body and you always feel something. Although the doctor recommends abstinence for a week and I will obediently follow all the recommendations, I can say that as of today I am able to have intercourse with my wife without any problems. The wounds have long since healed and it looks like everything is on track to finally get rid of the hated condoms from our home in the near future (after semen tests for the presence of tadpoles). I hope that no complications will arise and that these minor ailments will quickly disappear. I had the procedure done on 17 December 2014. It is a pity that so few people know about vasectomy. Many problems and disappointments simply do not exist after the procedure. I will not write about the improvement in the quality of my sex life, because many people would probably not believe me :) My friends with whom I discuss this topic listen with open-mouthed expressions. Another reason was that I did not want my partner to poison herself with pills that do not provide 100% certainty anyway. If someone likes to “lick sweets through a window”, they should forget about the procedure :) Even if the procedure had to be repeated every year, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment.
