After many conversations and discussions, most often during vasectomy procedures, I have decided to show future patients how the VASECTOMY procedure is performed. This is what they most often ask for. Another frequently repeated request is, “Doctor, please do not show this video on the website, because it is frightening to watch. Perhaps just some photos would be sufficient.” This is the most commonly performed procedure in the world. To date, over 70,000,000 such procedures have been performed. And it is this huge number of men who are most afraid of pain (the procedure is painless) after the procedure. Sometimes I ask them, “Have you ever been hit in the balls with a ball?” If you compare being hit with a ball to the anaesthesia and pain after a vasectomy, the latter is like a caress. As men, we do not often experience pain compared to women, especially in this area. However, the most common reasons for deciding to have a vasectomy are: I no longer want to poison my partner/wife with contraceptive pills, and we are not planning to have any more children. These are the two main reasons for deciding to have a vasectomy.
... The photos show the vasectomy procedure step by step, including a glimpse of our beautiful

The use of surgical sutures during a vasectomy procedure is only to block the two ends of the excised vas deferens. The essence of the procedure is to excise a piece of the vas deferens.
The entire lens of the camera is 6-8 mm, although it looks slightly magnified in the photo. In one of the photos showing the end of the procedure, it is difficult to see the micro scars on the surface of the scrotum. Similarly, we cannot see any stitches there. There is also no syringe with a needle visible. So let's take a look at the “Total vasectomy” procedure together. The photos below do not show the moment when surgical sutures are placed on the vas deferens, a few millimetres of the vas deferens are excised, and microcoagulation of the vas deferens outlets is performed, even though these procedures are performed. This was dictated by the request of sensitive patients not to include these procedures in the photos.
Total Vasectomy is a method we use after analysing the World Report on Vasectomy. This report is based on 275 of the most important works analysed since 1949. The report, after careful translation, has been published on our website. It is used by both patients and doctors. Our method involves isolating the vas deferens, cutting out a section of it, and placing surgical sutures on both ends. This procedure is performed on each vas deferens. The openings of the vas deferens are coagulated using a special coagulator designed for vasectomies.
